User Experience Designer

Data can tell us how people are using our product but it cannot give us an initial inspiration ,nor start that internal debate. You have a take a step back and try to look at the patterns in that data over time and derive design principles which can influence your decisions and understand the importance of showcasing content in simplicity.

Data we collect in a digital experience is precise and accurate we can collect it on each and every user and can deliver a personalized experience for so many people  but we really need to be careful about this power as we are going to deliver what our customers need in that point of time but we need to balance that with our customers inherent need to control their experiences.

Following are some case studies which involve a deeper involvement in the design process known as the Customer Driven Innovation process , involving in-person interviews, ideas and design explorations.
